Saturday April 1, 2023, Kyley Perry and Ava Bible had the honor of representing Spurger ISD in the 80th annual Dogwood festival. Kyley Perry, represented Spurger as a trainbearer. Ava Bible, represented Spurger as a flower girl for Children of the Court.
