Spurger ISD Early Release Thursday
Due to potential inclement weather , we will release early on Thursday, December 22nd. Car riders will leave at 12:00, and the Buses will leave at 12:15. The cafeteria will only serve breakfast on Thursday.

We have lined the elementary hallway with the students jackets. If your student is missing a jacket, please remind them to look in the lost and found.
This morning teachers and staff greeted students as they arrived at school and gave out hot cocoa cups!
Pre-K was all decked out in their plaid for "Family Pictures- Wear Plaid" day!
Students are enjoying the 12 Days of Christmas!

All students in 3rd Grade showed growth on their MAPS Test!
The elementary collected toiletries for our Christmas Drive this year. We would like to thank everyone who sent donations and helped to make this a success for our community!

Reminder that the deadline to turn in toiletry donations for the Spurger United Methodist Church will be tomorrow, December 13th by noon.

Spurger Elementary Fundraiser pickup will be tomorrow, 12-9-22, after 12 PM.
Pre-K had their picture taken with the setup Mrs. Penny put together in the cafeteria.
Pre-K students painted ornaments and hung them on the classroom Christmas Tree.

Due to testing, the 12 days of Dress up for elementary students will be changing for December 14th and December 19th. December 14th will now be Plaid Day and December 19th will be Pajama Day.
